Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Reqfolio subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not prorate cancellations for partial months.

2. Refund Policy

We offer limited refund exceptions within 7 days of the original charge. Refund requests may be considered for duplicate charges, clear billing mistakes, or severe product issues that prevented normal use of the service.

Refunds are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed. To request a review, contact hantzclaybrookml8081@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge with your account email and a brief description of the issue.

3. Data Upon Cancellation

After cancellation or subscription expiry, your data may be retained for up to 30 days to support account recovery and support requests. After that window, account data and uploaded client files may be permanently deleted, except where longer retention is required for backups, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
