By accessing or using Reqfolio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Reqfolio is a software-as-a-service platform designed for professional service providers, such as accountants, to securely collect documents from their clients through authenticated upload links.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to use the Service only for legal, authorized purposes. You remain entirely responsible for the content of the files uploaded by your clients.
4. Service Limitations and Availability
While we strive for high uptime, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Reqfolio, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service.
